to offer free transportation to our clients and their families.
Currently, we are offering rides in the Benton, Camden, Crawford, Dallas, Laclede, Morgan, Miller, Pulaski, & Phelps County areas.
Transportation may be limited in other areas, so please contact us to see how we can be of assistance.
Call or text Vicki to secure your rides within at least 48 hours of your needed ride.
Rides can now be requested online via
the myCareManager Client Portal at:
• Clients must Create a New Client Account on our new portal to request rides
• Once you create your client account on CMFCAA.care,
you can Log In and go to CMFCAA.care/Ride-Request to request a ride.
The Ride Request form can also be found in the myCareManager Main Menu under the mySERVICES section.
Please note, the myCareManager portal is a brand new system;
and other features/services listed in portal may not be available at this time.
